2. Free Shipping: For orders over £50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 days after dispatch – ideal for larger purchases like dollhouses or furniture sets.

After you place your order:

• Standard Shipping: 10-15 days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: 15-25 days after dispatch

These are estimates and may vary slightly by destination. Larger furniture items may require signature on delivery.

For international orders, customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. We handle all the customs paperwork, but any additional charges would be your responsibility upon delivery.

We want you to be completely happy with your magical purchase! You have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. Please contact our customer care team at [email protected] to arrange your return.

Oh no! While we take great care with packaging, sometimes accidents happen. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage, and we’ll make it right.

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges, but you’re welcome to return the item (within 15 days) and place a new order for the item you’d prefer.

Most of our dolls can be gently cleaned with a damp cloth. For doll clothes, we recommend hand washing in cool water and laying flat to dry to preserve their magical appearance.

All furniture comes with easy-to-follow instructions. For larger pieces, you might want an adult helper – think of it as part of the fun! If you’re missing any parts, just contact us.
