At Barbie Store, we want every purchase to be as perfect as a fairy tale ending. If your magical dolls, dollhouses, or dream bedroom furniture didn’t quite cast the right spell, our fairy godmothers are here to make it right.
Who Can Return Items?
Our returns policy is designed for our valued customers – primarily parents, grandparents, and gift-givers creating magical childhood memories. You may return most items within 15 days of delivery if they’re:
- In original, unused condition
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
ā Non-Returnable Items
To protect the health and safety of all our little dreamers, we cannot accept returns of:
- Kids’ Bedding (for hygiene reasons)
- Cloth & Rag Dolls (unless defective)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear

- Contact Our Fairy Godmothers: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- Await Your Return Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with approval and return instructions.
- Package Your Items Securely: Use the original packaging if possible to prevent damage in transit.
- Ship Your Return: Send to: Returns Department, Barbie Store, 35 North St, Plymouth, GB PL3U 1QY. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Exchange Spells
Prefer a different doll or furniture item? Simply follow the return process above and include a note specifying your desired exchange. We’ll:
- Verify the new item’s availability
- Process any price differences (you’ll be charged or refunded accordingly)
- Ship your new item once we receive the original
Note: Exchanges may take 2-3 weeks to complete including return shipping time.
Refund Magic
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank’s processing times.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or isn’t working properly:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We’ll typically arrange for a replacement at no additional cost
